Lauren’s client service and sales expertise were refined through several years working with a large commercial developer in Jacksonville, where she built a strong foundation in negotiation, strategy, and project execution. Her innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and high energy continue to drive her success in the Tampa Bay market.

Originally from South Carolina, Lauren developed a passion for equestrian sports at a young age. She competed as a jumper and rode on the University of South Carolina Equestrian Team, where she also studied Fashion Merchandising—a passion she still enjoys today.

Lauren remains actively involved in the community and previously served as a board member for Heels to Heal, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. She is also a member of The Margaret Acheson Stuart Society, benefiting the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, and serves as a board member for R’Club Child Care, Inc.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, kayaking, reading, exploring downtown St. Petersburg by golf cart, and discovering the restaurants, events, and hidden gems that make the Tampa Bay area so special.
