Leidy Vizcaino brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and a decade as a real estate investor to her role as a Realtor® with Michael Saunders & Company. Her background includes trading Emerging Markets, International, and Foreign Currency bonds, giving her a distinct advantage when guiding clients through the financial intricacies of real estate transactions.

With a sharp ability to analyze numbers and interpret market trends, Leidy empowers her clients to make informed, confident decisions. Her passion for real estate, which began through successful property investments and renovations, naturally evolved into a full-time career in residential real estate.

Known for her persistence, consistency, and respectful approach to working with people from all backgrounds, Leidy chose to affiliate with Michael Saunders & Company to align herself with the industry’s best and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Leidy is fluent in Spanish. She moved to New York at 16, earned a B.S. in Accounting from the City University of New York – Lehman College, and spent nearly a decade working on Wall Street. Her corporate career led to multiple relocations across the U.S., ultimately bringing her to the Sarasota area, a place she quickly fell in love with. In 2020, she made Sarasota her permanent home.

Leidy values the vibrant lifestyle and natural beauty of the Bradenton-Sarasota area—from world-renowned beaches like Siesta Key to the thriving arts scene, waterfront dining, cultural events, and the region’s strong sense of community. Passionate about travel, dancing, and real estate market research, she also stays current on global financial and geopolitical developments and their influence on local and international real estate trends.
