Her path to real estate was a natural evolution from years spent in the business world and her long-standing involvement in shaping Sanibel’s landscape — from developing condominiums along West Gulf Drive to helping establish The Sanctuary Golf Club.

Guided by honesty, integrity, and compassion, Linda approaches her work much the same way she lives her life — with genuine care for others and a commitment to doing what’s right. Her ability to listen, connect, and truly understand what people are looking for has earned her lasting friendships with many of her clients. Having lived on Sanibel for many years, she offers a depth of knowledge about the island’s neighborhoods, natural beauty, and unique lifestyle that few can match.

A respected leader and active member of her community, Linda is the President of the Condominium Associations of Sanibel (CASI), participates in the SandCap Chamber of Commerce, and was appointed by the Mayor to the city’s Traffic Committee. Her spirit of service extends beyond real estate — she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, supported local students and arts organizations, and served her parish as a lector and Eucharistic Minister for 15 years.

When she’s not assisting customers, Linda enjoys baking, cheering for the Boston Celtics, and spending time with the family and friends she treasures most. For her, life on the West Coast of Florida is all about warmth — in weather, community, and the people she’s proud to help find their home here.
