Lisa Rooks Morris is a perennial leader in Gulf Coast real estate, with more than two decades of experience and a legacy of record-setting success that includes the highest sale price ever recorded for a home in Downtown Sarasota. She has led the LRM Group to sales exceeding $100 million in each of the last three years and to recurring national recognition for sales volume.
Known for representing the most distinguished homes in Sarasota and the surrounding keys, Lisa offers unparalleled expertise in marketing unique estates, distinctive architecture, ultra-luxury homes, and new construction. Her notable sales include Casa del Carnevale, the Zig Zag House, the Van der Kloot estate, the Chapell House, and many of the region’s most iconic properties. After selling out the downtown condominium developments 1350 Main, VUE Sarasota Bay, and The Mark, Lisa extended her legacy of success in new construction by stewarding the sell-out of Longboat Key’s boutique luxury development, Sage LBK, in record time.
Lisa provides exceptional service to her clients with utmost professionalism and valuable candor that informs a strategic and individualized approach to marketing each property or tailoring a buyer’s search. She leverages sharp negotiation skill and both advanced technology platforms and the timeless value of a trusted network to achieve her clients’ goals. Offering incredible exposure for the benefit of her clients, Lisa’s listings and professional accomplishments appear frequently in regional, national and multinational press, including Bloomberg, Mansion Global, the Wall Street Journal, Yahoo, RealTrends, Tampa Bay Biz Journal, the Herald-Tribune, Sarasota Magazine, and more.
A native of Northern Virginia, Lisa has deep familial ties to the real estate industry. After her father founded and eventually sold what became the fourth largest privately owned real estate brokerage in the United States, Lisa’s family invested heavily in the Sarasota area beginning in the early 1960s. She has been actively involved with real estate investment, development, and brokerage throughout her life and career. Lisa’s professional accolades include membership in The Pinnacle Group, the Exceptional Agent Network, and recognition by REALTrends as one of the top small-team producers in the United States.
Lisa holds dual bachelor degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a masters degree in Social Work from Loyola University. She is a proud mother of two adult children and one rambunctious dog, and she is an ardent supporter of Sarasota’s cultural institutions including Architecture Sarasota, SAM, and the Ringling Museum.
