Mandy Hand draws from more than 39 years of living and working in the St. Petersburg area to guide her real estate clients across the Bay. Having lived in seven different St. Pete neighborhoods—each with its own character and charm—she brings an all-encompassing understanding of everything from tree-lined residential pockets to school options, community activities, and business districts. This depth of local insight gives her clients a meaningful perspective on how each neighborhood and lifestyle fits their goals.

Determined, diligent, empathetic, and caring, Mandy began her professional real estate career over a decade ago at the encouragement of her children. “I have had an interest in real estate for more than 40 years,” she says. “Everyone needs a place to call home, and my greatest joy comes from helping families find the perfect place to create lasting memories. As a long-time resident, I love sharing what makes this area such a special place to live.”

With personal experience owning and renting properties in neighborhoods ranging from $150,000 to over $15 million, Mandy is well-versed in all property types and price points. “My goal is to help buyers buy and sellers sell in the price range that feels comfortable for them, so they can move into the next phase of life with confidence and peace.”

Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Mandy developed an early love of art and architecture surrounded by the area’s historic homes and gardens. After graduating from Florida State University, she spent 15 years in advertising and public relations before transitioning into dental hygiene. For the past 22 years, she has worked as an art teacher while also finding time to serve on a U.S. Presidential campaign. A mother of three, Mandy enjoys all things art—teaching, interior design, gardening—and is an active volunteer within St. Pete’s vibrant arts and theatre community.
