Born and raised in Sarasota, Meghan Foley Leiter offers over two decades of real estate expertise and a deep-rooted understanding of the Southwest Florida market. Coming from a family involved in real estate, development, and historic preservation, Meghan grew up immersed in the industry and developed strong values centered on relationship-building, hard work, and mutual trust. These principles guide her work today, allowing her to deliver a positive, stress-free real estate experience that brings joy to her clients as they navigate life’s transitions. Meghan began her successful career with Michael Saunders & Company before spending eight years in Chicago. Upon her return to Sarasota, she reunited with her family to form the Fox-Leiter Team with her mother, Susan, and stepfather, Jon.

Meghan's background and her active Illinois broker’s license uniquely position her to assist clients from the Midwest looking for second homes or planning relocations to Florida.

In addition to her real estate career, Meghan has been a successful entrepreneur, owning two small businesses — Sarasota News and Books, a beloved destination for book lovers and community leaders, and All She Wrote, a popular stationery and gift store in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Her entrepreneurial journey has honed her problem-solving skills, adaptability, and passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Meghan resides in the Oyster Bay area with her husband and their two daughters, who attend the Out of Door Academy on Siesta Key. The family is active in the Sarasota Yacht Club and the Gasparilla Inn Club in Boca Grande, and they are longtime supporters of various arts and charity organizations in the community. In her free time, Meghan enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and always has a home improvement project in the works.
