Before beginning her real estate career, Melinda built an impressive professional background as a physical therapist, business owner, and corporate consultant. She holds two master's degrees—one in Physical Therapy and an MBA—which have shaped her unique approach to serving clients. Her years in healthcare taught her the importance of listening carefully, understanding individual needs, and helping people feel confident in their decisions. Her business experience provided a strong foundation in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and long-term planning, all of which translate seamlessly into real estate.

Melinda spent many years operating a successful private physical therapy practice with two locations in North Central Florida. In 2015, she joined a national franchise and went on to become one of the top three operators in the country for five consecutive years. After relocating to Sarasota in 2021, she worked at the corporate level, helping new business owners launch and grow successful operations before transitioning into private consulting.

Today, Melinda applies her extensive experience in client service, leadership, and business strategy to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most important decisions. She is committed to ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and cared for throughout the entire process. Her approachable nature, dedication to service, and strong organizational skills allow her to deliver a real estate experience built on trust, communication, and results.

Melinda and her husband live in North Sarasota with their three daughters and family dog. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, cooking, entertaining friends, maintaining an active lifestyle, and pursuing outdoor hobbies, including recreational shooting sports. She especially loves exploring the Suncoast's beautiful beaches, including Anna Maria Island, and enjoying local favorites such as St. Armands Circle.
