Mette Milland was born in Denmark and lived in several other countries, including Singapore and St. Petersburg, Russia, before settling in the United States. After graduating with a degree in international marketing and management, she held several senior executive positions in the cellular phone industry, including serving as the CEO of a large chain of mobile phone stores in Denmark and as the CCO of a large international service provider. After selling a business to an Indianapolis-based company, Mette and her family moved to the United States in 2007. She has a great passion for real estate and, over time, has bought, sold, remodeled, and decorated several properties both in the United States and Europe, giving her a deep insight into the value of properties and how to make a relocation work efficiently.

Mette moved with her family to Sarasota in 2014 and has loved living here ever since. She enjoys boating and fishing with her two sons. Mette is also an avid runner, rower, and a former elite soccer and badminton player. Horses, especially dressage, are also one of her passions. Mette knows the ins and outs of moving to Sarasota and the Tampa Bay area. In addition to English, she is fluent in all the Scandinavian languages and can converse in German.
