I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michael Moulton on the recent acquisition and purchase of our new home in Sarasota. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we considered. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. He was very gracious throughout the entire process. He visited multiple homes and did virtual tours as we were out of state. He prepared several offers for us before we were selected by a seller. My husband and I considered ourselves very fortunate when referred to Michael Moulton by our original Realtor who could not fulfill our needs.
