With more than 40 years of real estate experience, Mike Curtin has built his career on trust, honesty, and deep industry knowledge. A graduate with a degree in Marketing, Mike began his real estate journey immediately after college at a real estate resort and has remained passionate about helping buyers and sellers ever since.
Before returning to residential real estate, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a $3 billion publicly traded homebuilding company, where he oversaw the sale of thousands of homes in golf and country club communities throughout Florida, as well as the Washington, D.C., and New York metropolitan areas. His company developed, managed, and built homes within these communities, giving Mike a unique understanding of homebuilding, land development, and club operations. This extensive experience allows him to effectively communicate the distinct value, lifestyle, and long-term benefits these communities offer to buyers and sellers alike.
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Mike has called the Bradenton area home for more than 25 years and currently resides in Waterlefe Golf & River Club. His firsthand knowledge of the area's golf, boating, and lifestyle communities makes him a valuable resource for clients, particularly retirees and golf enthusiasts looking to embrace Florida's Gulf Coast lifestyle.

When he's not working with clients, Mike enjoys golfing, exercising, listening to audiobooks, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, Becky, their three children, and five grandchildren.
