Nancie Kalin

I came across Nancy Kalin after doing a search of literally hundreds of realtors , (yes, there are hundreds of realtors in Sarasota !!) and interviewing a view. Nancy is one in a hundred ! Not enough can be said about her expertise and person without sounding insincere with excessive praise. She has not left any stone unturned in our beginning and ongoing search for a home; nothing is too troublesome; for every problem she will find a way to a satisfactory solution by investigating and providing the facts pertaining to the problem. She is very patient, listens closely, and works hard to understand exactly what you are looking for so that she can finetune a selection of properties that tick all your boxes. She also knows when to stretch your boundaries a little for the right deal or the property that will tick those boxes with a little work. She knows the market, has great connections for services you'll need as you go through the buying (and/or renovating!) process, and is a good partner throughout your search. My husband and I have enjoyed looking at properties with Nancie and will definitely turn to her again when we have the need.
