When Natalie began her Siesta Key and Sarasota real estate career, her sister put it best: “Natalie, you have your dream job!” Natalie's passion for real estate started when she was a student at Indiana University, where she worked for a property management company. In that role, she assisted students in finding homes and helping owners manage their properties and homeowner associations. She loved connecting people with the perfect home and soon knew she wanted to make a career out of it.

Natalie was first licensed as a Realtor® in 2004 in her home state of Indiana. She later expanded her experience working in the luxury real estate market in Alpharetta, Georgia with Harry Norman, Realtors®. In addition to her vast sales experience, Natalie has owned and managed rental properties in various locations, including Sarasota, since 2007. This has provided her with an astute understanding of real estate investing and management.

Accompanying her work in real estate, Natalie has a strong background in mediation. She was licensed as a mediator in Indiana and has completed courses in mediation in both Georg ia and Florida. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and is a Certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist.

Natalie is actively involved in her community, serving on the boards of the Siesta Key Chamber, the Siesta Key Association, the Siesta Key Beautification Alliance, and the Siesta Key Village Maintenance Corporation. She willingly shares her expertise as a real estate columnist for Siesta Sand newspaper and hosts the Siesta Sand Live podcast.

One of her most meaningful roles was serving for six years as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian ad Litem) for the Forsyth County, Georgia Juvenile Court. She investigated cases for children removed from their parents and advocated for their best interests in front of judges. She describes this experience as “extremely time-consuming, sometimes heart-breaking and frequently frustrating, but one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.”

Natalie’s true specialty lies in guiding clients through every step of a transaction. From finding the right property to navigating negotiations, she brings both skill and empathy to the table. She prides herself on her knowledge of the market, understanding of real estate as a business, and her ability to bring all parties together to achieve successful closings.

Natalie is an island real estate specialist that has an in-depth knowledge of the local waterways, and thoroughly understands the challenges of buying and selling on an island. Natalie has participated in the sale of more than $500 million in residential sales in the Sarasota market, each sale unique.

A full-time Siesta Key resident, Natalie enjoys biking, beach days, shelling, and spending time in the Village exploring new restaurants. She also loves traveling, treasure-hunting at estate sales, visiting with family and friends, and cheering on Indiana University football and basketball.
