Pam was very prompt in answering any questions I had pertaining to the sale of my condo or the condo I purchased, which was a very drawn out procedure. She was always there with updates and clearly explained everything.. She is very knowledgeable regarding any RE questions on the many forms, yes many forms to be done according to state regulations.
