Patty is VERY accommodating and above all,HONEST! That is a somewhat rare (sadly) trait these days and is a welcome attribute. She is very willing to work with out- of -local area folks in need of that "hometown friend" extra helping hand!

Patty was amazing for us. We were relocating from the northeast and had a very limited amount of time I could be in Bradenton to look for homes before we had to move here for a new job. After a weekend of house hunting that did not yield the perfect home we had such confidence in Patty that when a home we thought might be the one came on the market the morning after I returned up north, Patty checked it out for us and suggested it was the one. With the market being as hot as it was was I was not going to be able to see it for myself before it would have been under contract. Patty called us after seeing it and told us it was the one. Patty spent the better part of a year helping us look for a home to retire from STL to Florida. Timing was difficult because we had to sell our STL home before we could commit to a home here. She was so patient, always available during our short trips here to house hunt and was a pleasure to work with. I would and have highly recommended her to friends!
