While we were working overseas we knew when we came back to the US we would be looking for a home in FL. After doing some 'surfing' of the various FL real estate web sites we soon realized that the Michael Saunders site was the most informative and user friendly. I think the hard work and dedication of Rob Brooker played a significant role in our being able to find the correct house for us in a community that matches what were looking for in our lifestyle.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home through Rob Brooker here in Venice. We were coming from a gated, canal-side condominium in Fort Myers Beach which we loved very much.
