Rob went far and beyond expectations in terms of showing us numerous properties, being a great listener as to what we were interested in pursuing, and being ever so patient.Being northerners presently residing in Illinois, we began viewing properties with Rob during March 2021 and upon another visit to the Sarasota area during this past October 2021, we eventually closed on a property.
