I just wanted to pass along our great experience with our realtor Ryndie. As first-time homebuyers in an incredibly competitive market, her knowledge and expertise helped us land the home of our dreams. She walked us through each step of the process and was on call pretty much 24/7. She thoroughly answered all our questions. I don't think we would've been able to get the house we wanted without her. Ryndie Brusco did a wonderful job supporting our search for a home. It ended up with a decision to build, so she was involved with the purchase of our building lot and selecting our builder, John Cannon Homes. She was very knowledgeable and gave us critical insights on making the purchase and builder decision. She continues to remain engaged with JCH and us as we finalize our build contract. I expect she will support us through the completion of the build and final closing down the road.
