Sarah Schneider believes that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and it should be guided by trust, transparency, and genuine care. Originally from Midland, Michigan, Sarah’s path to St. Petersburg took her through North Carolina, Atlanta, California, and Charleston before she fell in love with St. Petersburg’s historic neighborhoods, vibrant arts scene, beautiful waterfront, and strong sense of community. She especially enjoys helping others discover what makes St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area such a special place to call home, from its classic bungalows and distinctive neighborhoods to its local businesses, parks, walkable neighborhoods, and waterfront lifestyle.

Before transitioning into real estate, Sarah spent 22 years as a dental assistant, helping patients navigate situations that often feel stressful and unfamiliar. The experience taught her the importance of empathy, patience, clear communication, and managing expectations. Those same qualities are now at the heart of the way she guides her real estate clients. Inspired by her own home-buying experience, she is passionate about providing clients with the guidance, responsiveness, and peace of mind she believes everyone deserves.
