Shannon Book’s passion for real estate began more than 20 years ago when she hosted her very first Open House. That experience brought together her background in mortgage lending, her love for helping people, and her eye for preparing homes to shine. Since then, she has become known for her calm guidance, skilled negotiation, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

 Shannon attended Muskingum University for her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Case Western Reserve University for her MBA. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Shannon began her career in New York City as a Wall Street analyst. She later returned to the Midwest, where she built a successful career in financial services as an executive at a Fortune 100 company.

As a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, Shannon helps sellers use data-driven pricing and advanced marketing technology to position Sarasota listings for maximum exposure and attract qualified buyers quickly. For buyers, she leverages innovative technology and market insight to help clients find the right property efficiently while avoiding missed opportunities.

Beyond her professional work, Shannon is deeply committed to her community and has proudly served as Treasurer for her local Chamber of Commerce. She is also a dedicated volunteer at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center. Shannon treasures time with her two grown children on the West Coast and feels grateful every day to call Sarasota home. Shannon is also a Licensed Realtor in Ohio.
