Sheri Brown is a seasoned Realtor® proudly serving Venice, Wellen Park, and the greater Sarasota County area. With nearly a decade of real estate experience and strong local roots, Sheri is known for her energy, authenticity, and commitment to helping clients confidently step into their next chapter.

Originally from Plano, Texas, Sheri relocated to Southwest Florida in August 2017 and has proudly called Venice home ever since. However, her connection to the area began long before—Sheri has been visiting Venice since birth, with extended family who were born and raised there. Venice has always felt like a second home, making her transition to full-time resident a natural one.

She is married to her husband Rich, a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and together they’ve built a life centered around family, community, and the coastal lifestyle. Sheri is a proud mom to two daughters—one attending Florida State University and one attending Venice High School and competing in club soccer.

Before real estate, Sheri built an impressive corporate career at CitiFinancial Auto, where she spent 13 years growing within the organization and advancing into leadership, including serving as Director of Operations. When Sheri stepped away from corporate life to focus on raising her family, she remained deeply involved in the local community, serving in PTA leadership for eight years, including Vice President of Ways and Means and multiple committee leadership roles.

Sheri’s approach is grounded in five core values: curiosity, gratitude, honesty, hope, and kindness. She believes in listening first, communicating clearly, and being fully present for every client. A natural relationship builder, Sheri creates an experience that feels personal, informed, and empowering from start to finish.
