We live in Spokane Wa. and Susan handled everything for us as we could not make it down. As a Real Estate Broker for 20yrs I know the effort she put out. I was very pleased with all her help. The deal involved a FSBO seller so she had to hold his hand as well as ours. My wife and I were blessed to have her as our agent.

Let me start off by saying, during the listing of our home, my husband became very ill and passed away on January 16th. All through that time (listing, taking off the market, then putting it back on, then the sale), Susan was so very supportive that I cannot say enough about how she helped me through the process. This was a very difficult time and she worked me through all phases of selling, closing, and disposing of some furniture. Both she and her son were wonderful!
