Tammy has behind her a lifetime in real estate, and ahead of her a commitment to helping others find their perfect home. With a family background in home construction, 10 years of owning and managing long-term rental properties along the panhandle, and a successful 20-year career as an agent, her depth of knowledge extends from investment properties to luxury and commercial real estate with the expandable capacity to meet the needs of her customers.

There is not much Tammy has yet to experience within the industry. Initially managing assets and monitoring underwriting processes, she recognizes the extent of investing and can forgo future concessions. Leading by sincerity, dependability, and passion, for Tammy, there is nothing more fulfilling than walking a customer through the doors of their new home.

Upon arriving in southwest Florida, then settling in Port Charlotte, Tammy felt a magnetism towards Michael Saunders & Company. With shared values, she knew she found a company that was “her new home”. Living on the water with her husband and 8-year old german shepherd, Tammy is enjoying her coastal lifestyle exploring the amazing restaurants and engaging culture, while never missing a day well spent at the beach.
