Terry brings a wealth of expertise and in-depth knowledge to us, with more than 20 years of real estate experience in the area. After launching her residential real estate career locally in 2000, Terry changed her focus to commercial real estate in 2008 and continues to find the commercial sector exciting and rewarding. Highly knowledgeable about the market in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, she is proficient in all aspects of sales and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties as well as vacant land. In her spare time, Terry volunteers as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for the 12th Judicial District, advocating for at-risk children in our community. Terry is passionate about her role in this valuable program, noting that if she has made a difference in even one child's life, it has been a worthwhile endeavor.

When not working or volunteering, Terry’s favorite place to relax and unwind is right outside the back door of her Parrish home on the Manatee River. She also enjoys active pursuits such as working out, bike riding and traveling, as well as spending time with friends and family, including her grown children – son, Shea, and daughter, Brynne, both live and work in Sarasota.
