With over 30 years in the industry, Tess Scalise comes to Michael Saunders & Company with a wealth of knowledge and experience specific to real estate, brokerage operations and management, and real estate sales.

Her notable career positions include serving as regional vice president for a global real estate organization and executive business consultant for the top-grossing mountain and resort marketing firm in the US Western Mountain region. From there, Tess became the president of one of the top luxury brokerages in Denver, Colorado. Soon after, she transitioned to executive vice president and COO of brokerage John R. Wood, which specializes in luxury resort properties. From these experiences, Tess has become skilled in how to run this ever-changing business at the brokerage level and in luxury real estate sales. She and her husband are excited to return to the beautiful Suncoast, where they previously owned property on Anna Maria Island.
