Toni Schemmel brings a strategic yet personable approach to real estate, backed by deep experience in marketing, operations, and international business. A licensed Realtor® with a strong focus on the Sarasota and Manatee luxury markets, Toni spent several years managing marketing and operations for one of the region’s top-producing real estate teams, helping drive exceptional results.
Previously, she served as Regional Marketing Director for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where she led brand strategy, advertising, creative development, and vendor relationships. Before relocating to Sarasota, Toni held leadership roles in Europe with Sprint and KPMG and also taught as an adjunct professor at the American University in Bulgaria. She holds an MBA in marketing from Loyola University Chicago, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bradley University, and an Illinois CPA certificate.
Toni is a proud mom of three grown sons and is passionate about travel and cultural experiences. She also believes deeply in giving back to her community. She currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Impact100 SRQ and was on the founding Executive Board as Grants Director until November 2020. She has also been co-president of the Riverview IB Parent Organization for two years and on the Cotillion Club of Sarasota board for three years.
