Toni was referred to me by a friend and it was a very fortunate recommendation. My husband and I bought a condo in Naples ten years ago. After his recent passing,I made the decision to move to Sarasota. Real estate transactions are not in my areaof expertise. Enter Toni... She was with me (virtually) every step of the way. How many houses would you say one normally sees before buying one? 10? 15? 20? or even 25? Over the course of about 2-and-a-half months, Toni must have shown me 30 houses (or more)! And it was during very hot summer months! And during all that time, Toni was an impeccable professional, always doing her research and sharing the information before each of our viewings. Thank goodness for her knowledge of Sarasota neighborhoods..... there was a house right by a water, with generous green area as a backyard in front of the water, and the house was ticking off many of the desirables on my list.... and the price was right! Toni did an incredible job informing us of the area, showing us the different markets within the Siesta Key vicinity and got us in a nice variety of the type of condo unit we aspired to own. Luck was on our side as we found “the one” however, this was a transaction that could’ve easily gone sideways.
