Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a foundation that has shaped her ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and build trust with her clients. Before entering residential sales, she built a successful career in property management — a path that began unexpectedly when she was offered a leasing role while renewing her own apartment lease. Valerie quickly proved her natural talent for relationship-building and operational leadership, raising occupancy from 73% to 92% within six months and advancing through roles from Leasing Agent to Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Director of Operations, and later Senior Property Manager overseeing nine communities across Florida. Her experience navigating tropical markets, HOAs, and diverse resident needs gives her a practical, well-rounded perspective that directly benefits her clients today.
Throughout her career, Valerie has learned that success in any real estate journey comes from clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and genuine care — qualities that remain at the heart of her business. She is known for her organization, follow-through, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, creating an experience that feels calm, transparent, and thoughtfully guided.
