Gail and Ian were professional, persistent and pleasant to work with throughout the process of advising us with regard to the sale of our condo during a difficult economic time. We appreciated her candor and her experience prior to our listing with her. She was just as good after we listed. Her team, particularly Barbara Milian was great. They went above & beyond to make the process from pictures to closing go as smoothly as possible. After over a year on the market, we were so very happy to sell within a short period of time with the Addy & Wittig team.

Their knowledge proved invaluable in getting what my family wanted. I tend to be very detailed and had many questions that I needed answered, and never once did they make me feel like I was over doing it. To my delight, they were essentially available 24/7 and always responded very quickly when not immediately available. I can't say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism of Gail, Ian and their amazing support team. I am an agent here in CA, so my expectations were quite high. I worked primarily with Gail, who felt like a friend by the time our escrow was complete. We had a few offers in the beginning that were just too low and she stepped up with a portion of her commission to pull it together. Fortunately, in the end, that was not necessary, but it spoke volumes to me about her commitment to getting my condo sold.
