We have been looking at real estate in Sarasota since 2015, visiting family here often from Atlanta. We finally decided it was the right time and looked at only 2 condos in the area that we’ve been renting in for 7 years. The other condo was a “better investment” being larger and less expensive. It was under contract and the FSBO wasn’t sure it would close.
