Peter was tasked with helping myself and my brother sell our parent's dated family home in Mote Ranch. To make it even more challenging, I reside in Connecticut and my brother was a first-time home seller. We were both on the deed and requested Peter keep us each in the loop equally.From the get-go, Peter, stepped up and kept us both apprised of the incoming offers, the status of the transaction once an offer was accepted, and ultimately the closing process all in a very timely and professional manner. We are grateful and appreciative of Peter’s knowledge and attention to detail. And who knows? We had no intent of buying another home when we decided to enjoy the Florida weather for the winter of 2020/2021. Our plans were to rent a small condo in Nokomis as we never really spent much time on the Gulf. We thought we'd travel thru Florida and perhaps years down the road, we might settle for another place to call home. Venice grabbed our hearts. Max was a great resource to have when selling my house. Even in a difficult market, he helped us constantly navigate the issues. He had a wealth of knowledge that will put you in the correct situation to sell. Very professional and always was readily available and apt to answer my questions, and strategize.

Last Fall, I and my partner Sam decided to sell our home in Asheville, NC and relocate to Florida. Max did a great job as our realtor. We were out of state and Max made things go smoothly by first giving us the name of the person who cleared out the house so it could go on the market. Peter helped me with the sale of my home in Nokomis and he surprised me on several occasions with his willingness to go above and beyond his rudimentary duties. Peter brought over a power washer and sprayed off my dock himself. He then left the machine so that I could clean my driveway at my leisure. He also helped to clean out my garage as we approached the closing date. Everything he did was with foresight, alacrity, and with the express intention to ensure that everyone was content at the closing. Max did a wonderful job as our realtor. We were hoping for his help as out of state sellers and he took care of what needed to be done. He found us a person to clear out the house before it could be sold and he sold the house very quickly. He kept in very close contact with us about everything that came up.
