Our experience with Lin Dunn was excellent! My wife and I were a little apprehensive about leaving Illinois and looking to buy a home in Siesta Key, Florida. We had visited Siesta Key only a few times. A family friend, who is also a Realtor, referred us to Lin Dunn as she did not feel she had the expertise to meet our needs. Lin is a true professional. Lin first introduced himself telephonically and spent a good hour getting to know us and what our housing needs were (single-family, townhouse, condo) and if we were looking for more of a golf course community or more of an eclectic beachy lifestyle. Their solutions are not “one size fits all”, .Instead precisely targeted strategies matched with precise tactics are used to address different market conditions. They are experienced at serving the growing European market, especially France. Their service is fantastic and patient. We have known them for 20 years during which time, they have helped us sell 2 properties successfully They provided us with badly needed advice and assistance every step of the way given we’re Canadian. Lin has been a close family friend for many years and was especially close to my parents. He has a way of getting to know people that makes them feel understood and special. Lin has been our realtor in Sarasota area for over 20 years. We have both bought and sold several times with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very honest. You know that he has your best interest in mind whether you are buying and selling. I put my full trust in him and confident that he only wants his clients to be happy. I have also refereed several people to Lin, one being my father when he moved to the area and he was extremely impressed and comfortable with Lin. I will continue to refer friends and family to Lin, I feel that he is the best at his job and is a very caring and professional person.

We thank Maurice for his excellent efforts on our behalf in selling our apartment. He was professional at all times and never late for an appointment. He gave his time generously even in the evening and weekends. We were appreciative of his help after we had left Sarasota and the buyer had to extend the closing date. Maurice went back to check the apartment because the electricity was off. There was only one thing that slipped through the net - we had to pay condominium fees for the closing date extension requested by the buyer. We can say that at the end of the whole selling process the entente cordiale is still very much alive!

This is not my first experience engaging Maurice to sell a property. He sold my condo several years ago and helped me purchase a house. The attention to detail, knowledge of the area, understanding the client and listening skills are beyond compare. I realized just how top notch when I recently used another realtor for a transaction. A mistake I will not repeat. There is no comparison. As Maurice is now helping me sell that mistake and buy something suitable for me, I would suggest anyone looking for a real estate professional talk to Maurice before enlisting anyone else.

Lin is an experienced realtor with a solid knowledge base of the local market and current pricing. He orchestrated and developed excellent marketing materials and brochures, ensured my property was correctly entered into the local multiple listing services and then actively marketed to the broader community. In addition, Lin exceeded my expectations when my AC failed and I was unavailable. He coordinated various AC providers and got it fixed. There were a couple of other instances where his service went beyond the "typical realtor's support". Ultimately, property sold near asking price. He did an excellent job.

Maurice and Lin did a fantastic job selling my mother's condo. The sale went through within a month of the listing date and everything went smoothly. Maurice and Lin went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and took care of all the details. They were very pleasant and we enjoyed them both.

Lin and Maurice are THE MOST INCREDIBLE REALTORS we have ever worked with! This is the second house we have sold with them and will definitely work with them on another. They are so professional, understanding, attentive, helpful, honest. They even offered to stage the house before every showing if we were unable to be around to do it. Just wonderful human beings.We highly recommend them to everyone we know.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Maurice in person but all other contact has been pleasant and very professional!!
