We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the exceptional service we received from Jonnie Dwyer and Bryan Dwyer when selling our home. It was a difficult decision to sell our lovely home but Jonnie and Bryan were so understanding and compassionate, it made it less painful. Linda and I could not be happier with our experience with Jonnie Dwyer. When we chose Del Webb to have our house built, our salesperson Jim Broun gave us Jonnie's name to sell our old house. Jonnie was always checking in with us during the whole process. She always protected us from questionable requests that arose from the buyer. When Linda decided to acquire an attorney, Jonnie sought one out for us and helped with the legal fee... We will ALWAYS AND ONLY tell people to use Michael Saunders & Company and if they're lucky, get Jonnie Dwyer as their agent.

We worked with Jonnie for over two years to find the right home for us, and she showed us the properties we had an interest in from south of Venice to numerous ones in Lakewood Ranch. This was on top of us being 1200 miles away, in the midst of COVID challenges, and in the hottest real estate market in eats so many of the showings were virtual. Jonnie was customer-oriented and amazingly patient throughout and helped us with a variety of offers until the right opportunity presented itself.

I had interviewed a few Realtors that were recommended to me and Jonnie was by far the best! She has great communication skills, listens to her clients, wants them to feel comfortable in their decisions and she is honest. She always would ask, "what can I do for you, or let me know if you need anything." I will always highly recommend Jonnie as a Realtor.
