Ralph and Megg went above and beyond to help and give us guidance throughout the selling process, including the aftermath of a direct hit from the 2024 hurricanes. I made contact with Megg & Ralph Faillace, of your Bradenton Manatee office, through the recommendation of a friend of mine. At the time, my mother was in poor health and I was exploring the possibilities of selling her home and relocating her. I knew from my initial meeting with Megg that she and I were going to be a good fit to take care of my mother's needs and mine. As things progressed, they stayed with me, checking in, offering suggestions and never exerting any pressure. Sadly, my mother passed away and when she did they were right there offering support. Through their suggestions, their "above and beyond" approach to mom's house, we came to a successful sale last month.
