Tom did a fabulous job. We put the house on the market in late August I believe, and he had the house sold in mid October which is a miracle in this market! If you need someone who will put as much effort into selling your home as a dog with a bone then Tom Childers is your man!!!

Tom and Madeline are truly the Dream Team for all things Real Estate! One thing I love most about Tom and Madeline is that they truly listen. Tom was very cooperative helped a lot with sending out resources and helped us get resources that was needed for the house paperwork and not only that but stayed and helped with even when there was small mishaps. Gave out extra materials and was very patient with the whole process of getting our new home.

Tom and Madeline Childers were both instrumental in helping me have the home that I always wanted. I was able to buy a new construction home for the price that was within my means, and Tom help me secure a home that was being build right off a canal. They both did the extra work that was required. Shortly after I moved into my house I wanted to buy the lot that was next to me. Tom did all the work to contact the owner of that property who lived out of state and was able to negotiate a fair price for me to purchase that property. Now I live on a half acre of land with a canal, and I would not have that without Tom and Madeline's diligence in helping me get the home I wanted.

Tom and Madeline were awesome at helping my wife and me find our new home in Port Charlotte. Tom really went to bat for us to get through the inspections AND he was AMAZING when it came to the negotiations with the seller on getting credit for the reverse osmosis equipment and getting the septic system pumped out. I am a licensed realtor here in Naples Florida, and received 5-star service that I really hope to be able to perform for my clients also. Tom really kept us informed and is an expert on the contracts as well.
