First of all, I want to compliment you on the excellent, top-notch service company you hold. Your employee, Tim Koons-McGee, has helped my mother and me purchase three properties. Once again, Tim has provided me with excellent service. I remember my first experience when I was moving to Sarasota. He provided me with a very useful map, a very handy folder to keep all my papers together, and very helpful information on the process of purchasing a home. He also provided a professional profile of himself. Now on the third experience, he has continued to provide consistent, exceptional service. Tim answers any question I may have and explains things I might not know or understand. He is very good with details. He remembers things well and is attentive to details that matter. One example is when appliances did not have instructional manuals, he provided me with that information. Tim truly goes above and beyond. That adds tremendously to my peace of mind, as buying a house is a stressful experience. Additionally, he's got a wonderful personality that makes you feel at ease. Tim is an excellent realtor. When we first met, he asked us a lot of questions, listened to what we were looking for, and customized our needs to the homes he showed us. He was very intuitive and could see from our reactions what we liked and didn't like in the homes he showed us. He could tell we liked the University Park Country Club area and found us the perfect home there. He is not pushy, he is very professional, and pleasant to work with. I have worked with many realtors in the past and by far Tim is the best I have worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim for you real-estate needs He will find you the perfect place to call home.

Experienced, knowledge and honest with superb communication. Provided good guidance on pricing and immediately kept us up to date with every showing and transaction.
