This was the third house I have bought and sold with Susan and Jon since I moved to Sarasota in 2003 and I am now happily living in the fourth house I bought with their assistance, so I was not surprised by their all-out efforts. Susan and her husband Jon have helped me find all four of my homes in Sarasota since I moved here 16 years ago, and as usual, she did a fabulous job and went above and beyond in helping me find just the right place...she showed me many houses and once I found the right one, she spent many hours before I even closed at the house with me so I could get my designer and contractors in to give me pricing for work...she was so generous with her time and her knowledge—I cannot thank her enough! She is going to sell my current home also in a few months and I am very comfortable that she will get me a very good price for it...it was the right house to buy when I bought it and now is the right time for me to sell...and I am confident that transaction will go as smoothly as my recent purchase, thanks to Susan!

I am very happy to write about our experience with Susan Fox during our purchase of our home at 3374 Hadfield Greene, Sarasota. Susan was extremely professional and mindful of our needs. She was patient, and we did not feel in the least pressured to buy at any time. Once in contract, Susan answered all our questions and took care of all the problems that arose. We have been fortunate to have Susan Fox represent us for three real estate transactions (buying and selling) and we have been most pleased with her services. First of all she has been honest with us and did not exaggerate our expectations. Secondly, she was proactive in marketing our property and hands on when it came to showings. My wife and I just closed on our first home thanks to Susan. As first time home buyers we needed everything spelled out to us and she was incredibly helpful each step of the way. She was very professional and made sure everyone else was getting things done on time to make the process as smooth as possible. Can't thank her enough and I highly recommend!

During all three transactions we’ve had with Susan, she has provided information as requested, given us the benefit of her knowledge and experience, guided us in the direction she felt was appropriate, but listened to and respected our point of view. We would give Susan an A+ for her work. You should feel fortunate to count her as part of your team!
