The experience was excellent and the service we received was unbelievable. The service we received from Mr. Strong has surpassed all expectations and my wife and I can only heap praises on Stephen’s performance. The purchase experience was painless with no issues and we were not even on site, just shows you how efficient everything went, thanks once again to Stephen as I am sure without him we would have not made the purchase.

I lost my dear mother and beloved husband last February and the decision to sell our home in Florida was a difficult one to make.Stephen was amazing, knowledgeable and kind, supporting me with the utmost of professionalism. My wife and I have bought and sold 13 homes all across the country, plus the home in which we are now living. Stephen Strong was by far the most professional agent we have dealt with in all the transactions. We were not familiar with real estate in the Bradenton area so we relied on Steve to find us a desirable property. He found us a winter home in just one week that was elegantly furnished, in a prime location at a reasonable price. We trusted Steve enough that we closed on the property without having to come back to Florida. During our two winters in Florida, when we needed repairs, we turned to Steve for advice on contractors. His advice was always used, and the contractor was excellent and well within our budget. Needless to say, when we decided that Florida was not for us, we turned to Steve to sell the property. Though it was past the prime season (we listed the home in late March), we closed on the property on August 15. Once again, we relied on Steve to close with us remaining in Pennsylvania. Again, his execution was flawless.

You can truly understand the value of a Realtor after having closed on a short sale. Steve worked with my wife, Becky, and me for over a year before we finally closed on our home. He helped us prepare so that the few days we spent traveling to Florida were as efficient as possible. He is educated, competent and an excellent negotiator. You are glad he’s on your side!
