My husband and I started working with Stacey Fredericks last summer when we were just considering a move to Sarasota. We found one of her listings on Zillow and reached out to her. We had only one day left in town so Stacey dropped everything and showed us the property within two hours. That was a great first impression! Throughout our process, we looked at more properties than we have ever looked at before, and Stacey remained patient with us, showing us everything we wanted to look at, which included properties from $1.75M up to $7.5M. We were a bit all over the board given we were new to the area and trying hard to understand the market. Stacey did everything possible to educate us not only on the market, but also on insurance, hurricane resistance, watch-outs, positives, negatives, etc. She introduced us to builders when we were considering building, she connected us to other people that could be helpful to us; she provided us with an incredible level of information and detail on properties we were interested in... . Earlier this year my wife and I connected with Stacy Fredericks. We were interested in a place in the Sarasota area. Stacey went out of her way to understand our needs and what we wanted.
