What can I say? Richard is exceptional! He's a consummate professional, who has a powerfully nuanced understanding of the entire Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch/Venice market. He was very communicative and intuitive, during the entire process of helping us to find a new home. I could honestly not have asked for a better, more pleasant experience overall. And I might add, he is clever, funny and a sincere joy to be around.
