Every aspect of my experience of buying a house was pure bliss. Patrick's knowledge of real estate was beyond great. We really enjoyed working with Pat in our quest for purchasing a condo in the Sarasota area. For several months prior to our on the ground search, Pat sent us listings almost on a daily basis. We refined our search several times and along the way Pat was great about giving us insight into the community and all of the developments in the area. Pat really went out of his way to ensure we had a smooth closing. This purchase is our first in the area and we are confident we'll be looking for our dream winter home in the not too distant future.
