Mina Johnson was part of the Realtor team that sold my mother’s home after her passing. My sisters and I want to thank her for everything she did to make this happen. She did an excellent job of communicating with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She coordinated many important aspects including the buyer walk thru, as well as our due dates for the tasks we needed to accomplish. She was amazing and the whole process from beginning to end was expedient and expeditious. We appreciate all the work Mina did and again thanks so much. 5 Stars!

I had the pleasure of working with Mina Johnson when I sold my home in Sarasota. She has impeccable taste and did an outstanding job of staging it. My husband and I live out of state but have a vacation condominium on Siesta Key that we purchased in 2016 with the superb help of Ethel Lovelace. In late 2021 we reached out to Ethel and her team to help us narrow our search for a home in a golf community in the Sarasota area in which to eventually retire. That is when we had the golden opportunity to meet Mina Johnson. Mina took us to look at homes in different golf communities to help us determine which community best fit our needs. Thanks to Mina’s expert knowledge of the local golf communities and her experience and expertise in renovating homes we were able to find the right home, for the right price, in the right community. Our new home will need a makeover, but with Mina’s input we were able to envision the possibility of renovating and turning this into a beautiful home for us to enjoy for the rest of our lives. Mina was instrumental in evaluating the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the home and she worked tirelessly with the selling agent to negotiate the sales details and subsequent lease-back.
