If she hadn’t stayed in contact with the seller’s agent, I’m sure I would not have been able to get my bid to be the one the seller accepted. Her encouragement and calm demeanor during the roller coaster that was the purchase and financing of my new unit assured me so much. As well, her gift for staging of my existing condo and the numerous open houses and showings helped me get a very good offer on that unit. At every turn she confidently said that we would sell it. And, you may not know that I sought her out for she was the one who found the condo that my late husband and I purchased in over 8 years ago. That is the one that recently sold. Last, your title company that I used to buy my larger condo was far superior to the one the buyers selected when we all prepared for the closing of my existing condo.

We had a double transaction of sale and purchase on July 3 and would just like to express our deepest appreciation for the hard work by Mina Johnson to accomplish this very difficult task. Mina was there for us every step of the way and was constantly on top of everything that needed to be taken care of to ensure a smooth closing for both properties. We were not the easiest clients, but Mina was there for us answering our questions and dealing with our concerns. Mina is certainly a great asset to Michael Saunders & Company.

Mina Johnson was part of the Realtor team that sold my mother’s home after her passing. My sisters and I want to thank her for everything she did to make this happen. She did an excellent job of communicating with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She coordinated many important aspects including the buyer walk thru, as well as our due dates for the tasks we needed to accomplish. She was amazing and the whole process from beginning to end was expedient and expeditious. We appreciate all the work Mina did and again thanks so much. 5 Stars!

I had the pleasure of working with Mina Johnson when I sold my home in Sarasota. She has impeccable taste and did an outstanding job of staging it. I’m certain this played a huge role in me getting top dollar for my house. She was a joy to work with, professional and fun! I would definitely recommend Mina.

My husband and I live out of state but have a vacation condominium on Siesta Key that we purchased in 2016 with the superb help of Ethel Lovelace. In late 2021 we reached out to Ethel and her team to help us narrow our search for a home in a golf community in the Sarasota area in which to eventually retire. That is when we had the golden opportunity to meet Mina Johnson. Mina took us to look at homes in different golf communities to help us determine which community best fit our needs. Thanks to Mina’s expert knowledge of the local golf communities and her experience and expertise in renovating homes we were able to find the right home, for the right price, in the right community. Our new home will need a makeover, but with Mina’s input we were able to envision the possibility of renovating and turning this into a beautiful home for us to enjoy for the rest of our lives. Mina was instrumental in evaluating the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the home and she worked tirelessly with the selling agent to negotiate the sales details and subsequent lease-back.
