Mike Nink did an outstanding job selling my condo on Longboat Key. I’ve known Mike for years from St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Church. When it came time to list, I didn’t consider any other agent. Mike was thorough, professional and efficient. He always answered my questions promptly and provided me with the information I needed in our dynamic marketplace.When I had to abruptly fly to Ohio to help my mom after she had a bad fall, Mike became my trusted eyes and ears on the ground. Just recently my wife and I purchased property in Longboat Key through Michael Saunders & Company with the assistance of Michael Nink.We were totally pleased with his representation throughout the whole process. Mike Nink is a superb agent! He was always so gracious with any concerns I had, he dealt with things quickly and efficiently. When there were glitches, he always said "no worries, I'll take care of it" and he certainly did. The property we ended up buying was in a neighborhood that holds its value; we had no idea how to bargain on this property but he was right there advising us every step of the way. We have already recommended him to some of our friends. Mike makes going the extra mile a way of life.
