It took well over a year, but he found us a jewel of a home in a wonderful neighborhood. Then comes the tag team. Max Mann from Michael Saunders was an absolute pleasure to work with on the recent sale of our property in Siesta Key. Since we were doing this from outside the country we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of support. Max was patient, thorough and just really new his stuff. He provided one stop shopping helping us find accountants and legal support to help us with tax questions and the closing. He was careful not to over-commit….but then went and over-delivered. We were very pleased with the listing, approach and marketing. The property sold fast and for more than we expected. Fantastic Experience!!!

We hired Max to sell our condo in Sarasota and it was a great decision. Max is polished, articulate, knowledgeable, and always attentive and available. He is hard working and gets the job done! With my 6th home purchase over the span of 38 years, Max surpasses all other realtors with his patience, understanding, expertise and his charm. With my limited knowledge of Sarasota, he patiently guided me to an area that I fell in love with. Then his questions and listening skills quickly gave him an amazing understanding of my needs and wants. Obviously Max has been well mentored and educated on all things real estate when you consider his young and vibrant age. Yes, he is smart too because he manages to communicate in an outstanding way with everyone he deals with. The charm surfaces when his first question of the day is “How is your puppy?” Now that’s charm!

Max did a great job as our realtor. We were out of state and Max made things go smoothly by first giving us the name of the person who cleared out the house so it could go on the market. He was willing to check things along the way that would have been difficult for us to do from a distance. He gave us various options and the pros and cons of those choices.
