In 2005, I started looking at investment properties on Siesta Key. I came across Maria, somehow, and we have been friends ever since! I had a million questions back then. I looked at many, many properties, all online. I wanted details/cash flow info/rent rolls/ etc in order to determine the ROI and overall affordability. Maria never wavered in her patience, and she consistently provided all the requested materials along with sound advice on location, resale values, and HOA intricacies. Most realtors would have stopped taking my calls after the first few months. I looked for a long time (6+ months) before deciding on a 1 Br-1 BA condo in Bay Oaks. Fast forward to 2019, and Maria has guided me through 11 different buying/selling transactions on Siesta Key. The most recent one was one of the most difficult transactions I have ever been associated with, and I am sure Maria would agree. I think the world of Maria. Her integrity is beyond reproach, instilled by an ethical company named Michael Saunders & Company.

Our real estate agent is Maria Beck. We have known Maria for almost 20 years and we wouldn’t think of using anyone else regarding our real estate purchases and sales.
