I was very pleased with Margie Valentine as my listing realtor. She was always willing to go the extra mile in keeping me updated and answering all my questions. My house sold quickly in a tough market due to her dilligence. She was very pleasant to work with, and certainly went the extra mile when she helped me clean and pack my car on the “walk through” day. I would certainly use her again.

Wonderful. I contacted several R/E agents asking for some information the rental market. I was not going to give a listing, just wanted some info. None offered to help with the exception of Margie, for which I am very thankful. She goes the extra mile to helping people without expecting to make a commission. When considering your R/E needs, consider using her. I don't know her but I do know she is a people person & will treat you well. Thank you Margie

Margie was so thorough and professional in everything she did in selling our house. She was a pleasure to work with. The pictures in the booklet were outstanding, only being out done by the write up and presentation of our house in the multiple listing. Margie is very professional and has a nice personal demeanor. I purchased a home that Maggie and Jo-Anne were the agents at 165 Cohosh rd Nokomis. We were 1000 miles away during the purchase process. She was incredibly helpful and handled everything. She was so helpful buying our home that I knew I had to have her involved in the sale of my home at 104 Reclinata Circle.
