Having worked 34 years in the government and frequently moving, we have used many realtors to either buy or sell homes. Since retiring, we have used another 2 different realtors to both buy and sell in Sarasota, Fl. We have always been satisfied with our realtors, a couple of whom we were very happy with. MacKenzie was our Realtor to buy our most recent and probably last home, and she has far exceeded any person we have used in the past. Finding our house was not the hard part and it would have been easy, and not totally unexpected, for MacKenzie or any other realtor to follow up with a couple of contacts prior to closing and collecting their commission. I say this because it has been our experience in the past. MacKenzie, however, has routinely reached out to us, even while on vacation, contacted the sales office, the builder and even the title company on our behalf regarding various issues, and she arranged for and attended an inspection. She even went to the closing with us, a first in our experience! I rarely write reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience with MacKenzie, we wanted to share with others how great she is. We only wish we had future homes to buy or sell with her help!

We can't say enough good things about our realtor, Mackenzie. She was always one step ahead of everything and kept us informed every step of the way, which is something we really appreciated. Mackenzie impressed Megan (my wife) from their first conversation and I was equally if not more impressed from our first meeting. Mackenzie took the time to make sure we had seen an appropriate amount of properties as well as share her experiences (good and bad) with us regarding new builds; both helped us feel that we were making an informed decision about our purchase. I could go on about how wonderful of an experience we had with Mackenzie, I am sure you know most of this already. My final note is this. In Pennsylvania we had the pleasure of working with a realtor who was in our opinion the best in the business, I am very happy to tell you that he has met his equal, if not his better, in Mackenzie. There are not enough stars to describe the excellence of Mackenzie’s real estate services. Never worked with anyone of her caliber: professional, up to date, highly educated and informed, ethical, punctual, hard working and detail oriented, friendly, funny and list goes on!
