I have used many real estate agents in the past but not one was as great as Lynne. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and took care of me every step of the way. She took care of issues which other agents required me to take care of and I could believe how quickly it was sold. d SHE IS THE BEST! Please contact her if you are selling or buying property.

In the past two years Lynne has sold two of my homes and purchased one. Each of these experiences was handled by Lynne with the utmost professionalism. Not only is she a very knowledgeable person, she goes the extra mile to make the transactions successful with the least amount of angst on my part. Lynne takes care of every minute detail. Lynne Callahan @ Michael Saunders helped me buy and sell my home in Bradenton. Both transactions can be confusing and stressful. Lynne was always available to help me through. There's so much stress and anxiety with relocating, with finding the right neighborhood and the right house! I would highly recommend Lynne. I used her services for both selling my home and buying a new one. She is one of the most professional people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Service is the name of her game!! It does not matter how often you contact her,how often you contact her at odd hours, how big or how minor your questions are , she answers you with a smile. She takes care of everything to make the sale or the purchase go as smooth as possible. With Lynne's advice on staging and pricing of my home it was sold in 2 weeks. When making a purchase Lynne was a real negotiator on my behalf. Lynne knows the market. Lynne made the sale and the purchase simply and painless.
