We wish to express our thanks for the excellent and professional manner in which Lisa acted as our broker in the recent sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable and realistic concerning the current state of the market. She found a purchaser who was able to close about ten days after we closed on our purchase at Sarasota Bay Club, thus relieving me of a long-term loan obligation. We recently closed on our property in The Quay in downtown Sarasota. Lisa Allen was our tireless real estate agent. From the beginning of the process, she was so generous with her time and her knowledge of the area. We were originally looking for a long-term rental and eventually realized buying was a more logical option. Lisa allowed us to come to this conclusion on our own without any pressure from her. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa. We will offer her name to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the future.
