In the past 5 years I have both purchased and sold a home with Kristy Sommers' capable assistance. There aren't enough superlatives to describe my experience with Kristy - she is extremely knowledgable and professional and unconditionally ethical and trustworthy. She is a fantastic communicator, factual and accurate yet kind and considerate as well. As buyer and seller I completely trusted that she had my best interests in mind. Her guidance and integrity were invaluable in both instances. Kristy's length of experience in the Sarasota market also means she has a wealth of resources and resource people to draw upon. She went the extra mile in helping me prepare my house for sale this summer which was especially helpful as that transaction was conducted long distance.

We have only met Kristy through email and a brief phone conversation and she has already exceeded our expectations. We have been upfront with her about the unknown timeline of our retirement home purchase and she was extremely understanding about the fact that this may take a long time for us to discover just the perfect house. She understands what we are looking for in a home and has already gone above and beyond the call. We are meeting with her for the first time this weekend and just can't wait!!!

Kristy did a great job of helping my parents sell their home. With my parents moving out of state, there were a lot of additional items to cover and she was very helpful every step of the way. We appreciate Kristy going above and beyond and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

With Kristy's expert helpI have just closed on a nice little home in the Gulf Gate community of Sarasota. Quite frankly, I couldn't have managed it without her help. When Kristy says she will assist you every step of the way she states a literal truth. As an "out of town" buyer I was overwhelmed by the need to contract with a variety of inspectors and to get estimates from handymen, roofers, etc. Kristy connected me with a variety of resources to choose from - invaluable assistance! A lovely young woman, yes, but one who proved herself to be so much more. She is a seasoned negotiator in representing her clients interests. She is a well-connected realtor who has experience with a network of inspectors, etc., adding the most reliable and reasonably priced to a portfolio of client resources. She is a thoughtful, caring individual who is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!! If there were 10 stars, she would have earned them all.

My home purchase is still in process but Kristy has been so efficient, so professional and so helpful, I am moved to publicly thank and recommend her even before we get to closing. I live in New Mexico and am purchasing a second home in the Sarasota. From the onset, Kristy has proven exceptional in ascertaining my needs and interests and referring only appropriate listings via her portal. Once a good candidate home was located, she was a great representative in negotiating price and, following contract, has been proactive and helpful in in arranging inspections and estimates for repairs (the sellers preferred to give a credit at closing vs taking care of things themselves). Her communication with the sellers through their realtor has been impeccable. Although we've not yet met in person I am very much looking forward to that opportunity. Kristy did an exceptional job helping us sell our house. She went above and beyond on all aspects. We live out of state and she routinely made sure the property was in great condition, treating the home like it was hers. I never had any doubts with her in charge and would definitely hire her again if the opportunity arrived.

Kristy really knows the market and was able to give us excellent referrals when buying our home. It is obvious she values relationships and the industry. She does more than what is expected. Her honesty and work ethic is superior. It was a pleasure working with someone who remained calm and professional even during the ups and downs of buying and selling a home. Kristy is a true gem!

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience. While our home purchase was not on the high-end of Sarasota's market prices, we were treated like our sale mattered as much as the top-tier clients. I give special thanks to Kristy Sommers, our agent. Kristy was recommended to us by a mutual friend who had worked with her on a home purchase. When we first met Kristy, our intention was to rent a home in Sarasota to become familiar with the area. Kristy gave us the red carpet treatment and spend a great deal of time and effort getting to know what we needed, showing us options and keeping us posted on things we had to consider. In the end, with Kristy's help, we found the perfect home to purchase instead of renting! Kristy was there with us from the first signed paper until the last, making sure we knew every step coming up and guiding us through the maze of the purchase.
