Kelly is simply the best agent I have ever worked with. She has a relationship with my brother and sister-in-law and niece, but that connection cannot begin to explain her exemplary service. I think she is unique and that the service she showed us is par for the course for her; we were shown no special favors—this is the way she treats everyone. Her best quality is attention to detail. She listens and figures out what is of interest and provides a wide array of options because she so clearly knows the market. She also kept us on task at each turn, having a plan and frequent reminders of what we needed to do to get to closing. But that quality is almost equaled by her unusual ability to guide and lead without pressure. She listens, she suggests, and she lets things fall as they will. She has incredible patience. We changed our minds 20 times during the week we were looking, and she adjusted on the fly. No problem. Calls at all hours, instant responses. We never felt like she was tired of all the change of directions. She was always willing to take a new course. In the end, we didn’t find what we wanted during our week of looking, but she continued to think of us after we returned to Cleveland and brought us to our home when it came up within your group. In other words, she continued to think of us after we had decided it just wasn’t going to work in such an overheated market. Finally, she is just a nice person—interested in families, interested in what we have done in our lives. A wonderful person and personality.

My husband Ed and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Quigley on the sale of our home in Granada Park, and her help in buying our new townhouse at the Library Mews in downtown Sarasota. Kelly was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. We were out of town for part of the process and Kelly took care of so many details for us..we could not have done it without her help. This is the second home we have bought with Kelly's help and hopefully, we won't be moving again for a while! But I would definitely call her again and now consider her a friend.

Kelly Quigley is "the best"! We first met Kelly as we were planning to sell our home and then quickly moved out of the state! From that point on we were absent from all of the activity surrounding the sale. Kelly "did it all"...selling the house was important, but equally important was the fact that she coordinated and oversaw everything related to the sale and our possessions. We chose to work with Kelly Quigley as she was recommended as being very knowledgeable about the area in the Southside and Phillipi Shores School Districts. (We were moving from St Louis, Missouri and have 2 small children). To say Kelly did an excellent job, would be an understatement! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. I probably called, emailed, texted her multiple times a day and she was always so helpful. We’ve bought and sold several homes before and she was by far the most professional realtor we’ve ever worked with! Our condominium was marketed and sold within 85 days of listing. The promotional materials were outstanding with professional photographs well depicting our property.
